After launching Alebrije as a food truck in 2020, Victoria recently opened a permanent location at 604 Gallatin Ave. #203. This location, situated in one of Nashville’s trending neighborhoods, offers both a sit-down experience and a convenient pickup option for Coral Club patrons.

For those new to the city and exploring the best places to eat, Alebrije offers an immersive experience. The space is adorned with murals inspired by Aztec gods, crafted by artist Chris Zidek, giving it a unique and vibrant atmosphere.

Victoria’s menu features authentic and innovative dishes that showcase traditional techniques. Signature items include:

• Shrimp empanadas

• Enchiladas with a mole sauce that takes two days to make

• Brisket tacos inspired by his father’s Sunday gatherings

What sets Alebrije apart is the dedication to technique and quality. The restaurant imports corn from Mexico City to make its tortillas from scratch, a process that brings an unmatched authenticity to every dish.
